Christmas 2013…..All Wrapped Up!

Well Christmas 2013 has come and gone and if you are anything like me, you are ready to take down anything that resembles Christmas….LOL!  Keep in mind, my Christmas décor has been up since November 01, so I am so over reindeers, santas, nativity scenes, wreaths….you get the picture.  It takes about two weeks to put up my Christmas décor and a week less to take it down…whew!  During the holiday season, I am always looking for creative and unique ways to store my Christmas décor especially the gift wrapping paper which seems to always overtake my storage area.  This year, I decided to try out some of the gift wrapping storage ideas I found on Pinterest and share with you as well.   Hopefully you too will be able to use some of these ideas and if you do, comment below how it turned out….It’s Haute!

Using a wine rack as a wrapping paper storage unit immediately caught my attention because I have used them before to hold magazines as well as towels.  This is a quick, inexpensive and a creative way and I am sure that everyone has a wine rack somewhere in their home.

These next two ideas are for those serious DIY’ers because it involves some light entry level carpenter skills…not really….LOL!  All that is needed are some hooks, an old wooden screen door (remove the screen) or a wooden picture frame and some metal sash curtain rods or wooden dowels.  I might try the wooden picture frame idea myself and post my project once I complete it…..but don’t hold your breathe…LOL!

This is the wooden picture frame version.  I think that this maybe an easier project to do.  In addition, you can hang it on a wall to save on space and fit it into your décor.

This idea is great for those living in small spaces or lack storage space.  This idea does not require a ton of space, actually, it only requires a small area in a coat closet or linen closet.  Just measure the length of the space, install a wire basket and now you have a mini gift wrapping paper storage.  So quick and easy and no large space required.

I really like this next idea because it incorporates storage as well as a wrapping station.  This is an old fashion suitcase that has been upcycled into a wrapping station just by adding screws to hold ribbon, tape and scissors…and last but not least, storage for the wrapping paper.  The pockets can serve as storage for the bows and other wrapping essentials.  You can really get fancy with this idea but I prefer to keep it simple because it is all about wrapping the gift…LOL!
However, if you make the wrong decisions, you can end up with a vending machine which isn’t being used, or even one which can cause offence to your customers. cialis pill cost It’s the age-old chicken tadalafil 10mg uk and egg scenario.
